Job Summary
Lead and develop a globally distributed engineering team building AI-enabled risk platforms, modernizing legacy risk systems into API-first, AI-integrated solutions. Own engineering strategy and execution for GenAI, agentic systems, and automation frameworks, while ensuring security, scalability, and regulatory alignment. Collaborate with Risk leadership and Product Managers to drive enterprise-wide outcomes, mentor engineers and managers, conduct code reviews, and guide architecture and modernization initiatives. Build and sustain an innovative engineering culture across teams in the U.S. and India, manage budgets and resources, engage with external vendors, and champion agile/DevOps practices. Hybrid work is available at the Iselin, NJ and Charlotte, NC locations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
- 2+ years of Leadership experience
- Be willing to work on-site at stated location
- Hybrid work schedule
