Job Summary
The Software Engineering Lead serves as a subject matter expert for a team of Software Engineers, responsible for writing code on complex systems and applications while providing project direction. This role requires a solid background in software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, as well as advanced knowledge in industry best practices and the ability to lead technology resources. Key responsibilities include mentoring entry-level engineers, resolving software development issues, and managing complex data models. Candidates should possess expertise in development languages such as Java, JavaScript, SQL, and .Net, along with strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Software Engineering experience
- BS in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience
