Job Summary
Seeking a Software Engineering Lead for a fully remote team to guide the technical vision of a market research product, managing backend and frontend engineers and ensuring platform scalability.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping data-intensive B2B SaaS applications
- 2+ years in an engineering lead or manager role
- Deep experience with Ruby on Rails, Sidekiq, and Postgres
- Proficiency with geospatial data (PostGIS, Google Maps API)
- Hands-on experience with React, Tailwind
- Skilled in project management and agile delivery
- Exceptional communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with multifamily housing data
- Experience with real estate analytics or market intelligence platforms
