Job Summary
Lead the daily technical execution of development activities across backend, frontend, and mobile teams to ensure delivery milestones are met. Provide hands-on technical leadership, conduct regular code reviews, mentor developers, and align work with system architecture and engineering standards. Oversee CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments (Docker), monitor application performance, scalability, and reliability, and prepare weekly technical status reports for CTO and management. Requires 7–10 years of software development and technical leadership experience and hands-on proficiency with Flutter, Node.js, PostgreSQL, React.js, TypeScript, Redis, TanStack Query, CI/CD, and Docker; responsibilities include assigning tasks, tracking progress, removing blockers, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in software development and technical leadership
- Proven experience leading cross-functional development teams (frontend, backend, and mobile)
- Hands-on experience with modern web and mobile development technologies (Flutter, Node.js, PostgreSQL, React.js, TypeScript)
- Experience managing development workflows, deployments, and production environments
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills
