Job Summary
Architect and lead the end-to-end technical evolution of custom enterprise solutions by defining engineering patterns for Python, React, and cloud services. Drive the integration of Agentic AI throughout the software lifecycle, implementing the Model Context Protocol to bridge development environments with LLM-based assistants. Establish formal standards for AI governance, including structured code reviews, quality gates for hallucination mitigation, and bias detection. Mentor junior engineers on Agentic AI tools while optimizing cloud architectures for cost-efficiency through AI FinOps practices. Partner with business partners to scope work using RAG and semantic search patterns to unlock value from enterprise data.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years in software engineering
- 5+ years in a Technical Lead role
- Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)
- React (TypeScript)
- Hands-on LLM integration
- Prompt engineering
- Orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex)
- Strong SQL/NoSQL skills
- Experience with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus)
- Expert-level Azure or AWS experience
- Proficiency in IaC (Terraform/Bicep)
- Building AI-ready CI/CD pipelines
- Expertise in REST
- Event-driven architectures
- Emerging protocols like (MCP)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience integrating AI agents with Workday (HCM) or Power Platform
- Familiarity with compliance-aware development in regulated environments (e.g., Pharmaceutical or Finance)
- Focusing on data privacy in AI models
- Mastery of Docker and Kubernetes for deploying scalable AI microservices
- Advanced understanding of secrets management
- Security for AI (OWASP Top 10 for LLMs)
