Job Summary
Lead Software Engineering Analyst responsible for designing and developing AWS-hosted React/Java applications. Provide technical leadership in system design, code reviews, and delivery of high-quality code while working in an Agile environment. Collaborate with data, front-end and back-end engineers, DevOps, and product owners to build enterprise web applications using Java, REST APIs, microservices on OpenShift/AWS, and front-end tech (React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML). Expected to coordinate testing efforts, mentor team members, and ensure scalable, user-friendly solutions with emphasis on end-to-end delivery and cloud-hosted infrastructure. Primarily based in Hyderabad, India, with flexibility to work remotely as required and overlap with US hours when appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in related technical/business areas or equivalent work experience
- 6-8 years of experience
- Proven experience leading technical teams
- Experience with Java/Spring, React, AWS, OpenShift
