Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Lead Analyst to deliver end-to-end business solutions within the Home Delivery organization. This role involves designing intelligent applications using Python while leveraging expertise in machine learning and generative AI. Responsibilities include building and deploying AI models, integrating human-in-the-loop methodologies, and ensuring code quality using continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in Python development, and strong skills in machine learning and deep learning projects.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python programming and AI model development
- Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing
- Experience with generative AI and agentic AI frameworks
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, ReAct agents, and Pydantic AI models
- Hands-on experience with Jupyter Notebooks, Streamlit, PyCharm, and Visual Studio
- Ability to integrate with Java/SpringBoot services and APIs
- Experience with cloud platforms and tools such as Databricks, AWS, and OpenShift
- Core competencies in software engineering, including system design, debugging, testing, and performance optimization
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Experience implementing human-in-the-loop and supervisor-based AI systems
- Background in deploying AI solutions in enterprise or healthcare environments
- Experience with prompt engineering and LLM integration
- Exposure to vector databases, semantic search, and OpenAI APIs
- Familiarity with AWS Bedrock and conversational AI deployment
- Domain experience in healthcare or pharmacy benefit management (PBM)
