Job Summary
Software Engineering Intern will contribute to the development, testing, and continuous improvement of Wilson Connectivity cellular signal amplifiers and distributed antenna systems. You will work alongside experienced engineering professionals, gain hands-on exposure to real product development, and build practical skills in software, systems, and engineering operations. This internship offers up to 40 hours per week for up to 6 months and is based in the Richardson, TX office, collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams. Responsibilities include coding, testing, debugging, and documenting enhancements to existing applications and engineering tools; executing hardware and software test plans and analyzing results to improve product quality and system reliability; maintaining technical documentation and supporting product lifecycle activities; contributing ideas and lightweight automation solutions to improve reporting and efficiency. Education and technical competencies emphasize pursuing a degree in CS/Software Engineering, foundational programming in C/C++/C#/Python, and strong teamwork and communication; preferred familiarity with embedded systems, Linux, IoT or Bluetooth devices, and test automation. Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
