Job Summary
Collaborate with distributed teams to examine marketing requirements, propose innovative functional designs, and integrate specialized components into the Trimble Business Center software. Develop, test, and maintain the software solution within an Agile development process while aligning work with various centers of expertise. Coordinate efforts with worldwide hardware and software teams to solve real-world challenges for surveying, construction, and GIS professionals. Currently a third or fourth-year STEM student with C# and .NET proficiency, commit to a full-time one-year opportunity in Lithuania or remote.
Required Qualifications
- Currently a third or fourth-year student pursuing a degree in a STEM or related field
- Programming in C# and the .NET framework
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to debug code and systematically troubleshoot technical issues
- Clear communication and teamwork skills
- Availability to commit with us for a year
- Location: Lithuania, Vilnius or Lithuania, Remote
Desired Qualifications
- Interest or experience in using AI-assisted coding tools (such as GitHub Copilot or similar LLM utilities) to write and optimize code
- Experience with optical survey
- Experience with GNSS
- Experience with GIS
- Experience with CAD
- Experience with Civil Engineering
- Experience with 3D scanning
- Experience with photogrammetry
- A strong math background
- Understanding of 3D graphics
