Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement software solutions across the full SDLC, from analyzing requirements to documenting specifications and building application modules. Identify and troubleshoot code-related issues while actively participating in design and code reviews to ensure alignment with architectural standards. Collaborate with project managers and business analysts in planning sessions to outline proposed solutions and manage scope, timelines, and deliverables. Leverage expertise in Java, Spring, microservices, and cloud services to solve business problems and enhance digital offerings.
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical background in JAVA, J2EE or Python, Spring stack
- Well versed with OOP's concept and design patterns
- Good understanding of data structure and algorithms
- Strong experience with Database systems like RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle etc.) and NoSQL (Dynamo, MongoDB etc.)
- Experience in building Microservices and knowledge of workflow orchestration with Camunda or Temporal
- Knowledge of docker and containerization
- Good experience in using messaging platforms like Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.
- Knowledge in CI/CD Pipeline and Dev Ops tools
- Knowledge in Cloud Services such as AWS or Azure
- Familiar with Domain Driven Design
- Passionate and having depth knowledge in agile, Kanban process
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Manage scope, timelines, quality, goals and deliverables that supports business
- Good communications skills
- Prior work experience in the product engineering/development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field of study
- 3-12 Years
Desired Qualifications
- Good to have prior experience in Indian Banking segment and/or Fintech
- Good to have Certifications
- Java Certified Developer
- AWS Developer or Solution Architect
