Job Summary
Design and develop the Company’s Identify Access Management (IAM) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) systems; serve as hands-on contributor while leading delivery of a scalable RBAC framework; specify tools/technologies, build architecture, test and monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, expand capabilities to meet new requirements, document procedures and quality standards, and supervise junior staff on role mining and related projects. Requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and proven leadership in large financial institutions; Java or Python proficiency and experience with full-stack development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- plus 10 years of experience in Application development with Java technologies
- 5 years of experience in cybersecurity within large financial institutions
- 5 years of experience architecting, designing & implementing large-scale IAM systems
- strong communication and leadership skills
- experience leading teams of engineers/full-stack developers
- expertise in core programming languages (Java, Python)
