Job Summary
Design, develop, and support enterprise integration solutions using IBM webMethods, REST/SOAP APIs, and Java microservices. Configure IBM FileNet Content Manager and related document management capabilities for ingestion, metadata mapping, and workflow integration. Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes to ensure operational stability. Partner with business, product, and platform teams to translate requirements into secure, maintainable technical solutions while contributing to AI-assisted engineering initiatives. Work four days on-site and one day remotely per week in a regulated banking environment.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of overall technology experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM webMethods integration product stack and enterprise integration platforms
- 5+ years of API and Java development experience, including RESTful services and microservices architectures
- Practical exposure to AI-assisted development and automation tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience
- The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day
