Job Summary
Conduct a 6-week intensive training program covering Backend Development, Frontend Development, and Quality Engineering. Complete daily coursework while demonstrating proactive self-learning, strong communication skills, and a commitment to accountability. Apply knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming, Java, JavaScript, and software development fundamentals to hands-on exercises. Participate in manual or automated testing scenarios within a full-time Monday-to-Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Receive competitive compensation during the academy period, with performance-based selection for a permanent contract at a Big4 firm in Monterrey, Nuevo León, for onsite work following program completion.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Technology-related fields
- 1 year of experience in software development, IT support, service desk, call center technical support, or customer service roles
- Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1 level)
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Experience with Java
- Experience with JavaScript
- Knowledge of software development fundamentals
- Experience or exposure to manual or automated testing
- Full-time availability
- Candidates must not be actively employed at the time of joining the academy
