Job Summary
Develop and implement software solutions for a revolutionary finance marketplace product, focusing on user experience, business logic, and scalable pods components. Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Architects to ideate builds, conduct code reviews, and establish best development practices. Evaluate technologies, drive tool adoption, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Java, Spring, Kafka, and microservices architecture on AWS or GCP. Lead technical hiring, manage projects, and ensure high-quality delivery for millions of transactions in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Full-time on-site role
- Located in Chennai
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in full stack development
- Delivering enterprise-class web and mobile applications and services
- Expertise in Java technologies including Spring, Hibernate, and Kafka
- Proven experience in designing scalable applications capable of handling millions of transactions
- Strong knowledge of NoSQL and RDBMS
- Expertise in schema design
- Handling large volumes of data
- Experience with Kubernetes deployment
- Managing CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Manage continuously changing business needs
- Strong advocate of code craftsmanship
- Adhering to good coding standards
- Utilizing tools to improve code quality
- Experience with microservices architecture
- RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Competent in software engineering tools (e.g., Java build tools)
- Best practices (e.g., unit testing, test automation, continuous integration)
- Experience with the Cloud technologies of AWS and GCP
- Developing secure applications
