Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer (Poly SR SWE1) role focused on leading data analytics solutions and agile development within a high-visibility mission. Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain complex software systems supporting analytic missions. Must bring full stack capabilities (JavaScript, React, Mongo), strong Java experience, Linux proficiency, and prior analytic production environment work. Requires active Top Secret clearance with polygraph and seven years of SWE experience (eleven total with degree substitution possible). The position offers ongoing training, mentorship, and a comprehensive benefits package within a cyber/intelligence context, with emphasis on leadership, collaboration, and delivery of high-impact software solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Active Top Secret clearance with polygraph
- Seven (7) years’ experience as a SWE
- Four (4) years of additional SWE experience (total of 11) on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
- Full stack development including JavaScript, React, and Mongo
- Experience with Linux operating systems
- Proficiency in Java
