Job Summary
Role combines software development and Scrum Master duties to deliver RESTful services with Spring Boot, AWS, and data modeling; drive agile ceremonies, coaching, and facilitation; collaborate with in-house and offshore teams to advance product delivery; contribute to the PLM ecosystem Optiva from Infor; align with IKEA's core values and culture; based in Malmö, Sweden, with emphasis on collaboration across offshore and local teams. This position focuses on developing software while supporting agile ways of working within the Range Core - Food team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of work life experience in Java
- Hands-on experience developing RESTful services using Spring Boot
- Proficient in AWS Cloud services
- Hands-on experience building event-driven systems and integrations
- Experience with MySQL and MSSQL for data modeling, querying, and optimization
- Curiosity to work with system design and development in the PLM ecosystem Optiva from Infor
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with in-house and offshore teams
- Experience applying Scrum methodologies; Scrum Master certification preferred
