Job Summary
Ship pages, blocks, and templates in the custom WordPress block theme, translating Figma designs into reusable tokenized components. Contribute to the theme architecture, custom Gutenberg blocks, and plugins to enable Marketing to iterate without engineering intervention. Build surrounding tools including experimentation frameworks, analytics pipelines, content importers, and automated QA. Connect systems by building and consuming APIs to move data between the site, internal services, and third-party tools. Protect performance and SEO by optimizing Core Web Vitals, asset delivery, and structured data. Instrument growth decisions through GTM, Segment, and GA4 tracking while supporting A/B tests. Collaborate directly with Design, Marketing, and SEO to scope work, review code, and raise technical standards.
