Job Summary
Build and ship high-quality product features across the full stack, taking new functionality from concept through implementation, deployment, and iteration. Develop end-to-end workflows that solve meaningful problems for real-world users while working closely with customer-facing teams to translate pain points into effective software. Make pragmatic technical decisions to maintain high code quality standards and help establish engineering patterns and practices as the organization grows. Contribute to identifying and attracting future engineering talent while continuously expanding your own technical scope in a fast-paced environment with significant autonomy.
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 0–3 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Ability to build production-quality applications
- Experience working across multiple layers of a modern software stack
- Track record of learning quickly
- Ability to take ownership beyond narrowly assigned tasks
- Strong product judgment
- Interest in understanding the underlying customer problem
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment
- High standards for technical quality
- Pragmatic approach to shipping and iteration
