Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain Card Management System components including Oracle PL/SQL procedures, NET APIs on IIS, and Linux administration scripts. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in Production and UAT environments, conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive solutions. Collaborate with CMS and support teams to ensure development meets compliance, security, and performance standards while participating in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. Contribute to continuous improvement of system architecture and development practices.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience or working knowledge of Oracle SQL / PL/SQL
- Hands-on experience or working knowledge of NET or object-oriented programming
- Hands-on experience or working knowledge of Linux application administration
- Hands-on experience or working knowledge of Windows Server environment and IIS
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good understanding of algorithms and software design patterns
- Effective communication in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services
- Experience in debugging, implementation testing, and documentation
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS is a plus)
- Experience in regulated industries such as fintech or banking
- Knowledge of C++, C#, or Java
- Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and secure development standards
- Certifications in software engineering, cloud, or infrastructure technologies
