Job Summary
Assist personnel with current and extensive experience in tactical operations at the small unit level in combat operations across Infantry, Armor, Cavalry, Special Forces, Engineer, or Field Artillery Military Occupational Specialties. Coach, teach, and mentor small unit leaders at the team, squad, platoon, and company levels within combat arms organizations, requiring certification via the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC). Maintain a Secret security clearance and support assigned CPE Ground Headquarters programs. Requires high school/GED with over 14 years of relevant experience or an Associate's Degree with over 12 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance
- Certification by the Army by attending/completing the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC)
- High School/GED and greater than 14 years of relevant experience
- Associates Degree and greater than 12 years of relevant experience
- Experience in tactical operations at the small unit level in combat operations in Infantry, Armor, Cavalry, Special Forces, Engineer or Field Artillery Military Occupational Specialties (MOS)
- Experience coaching/teaching/mentoring small unit leaders at the team, squad, platoon and company levels of combat arms organizations
