Job Summary
Assist personnel with current and extensive experience in tactical operations at the small unit level in combat operations across Infantry, Armor, Cavalry, Special Forces, Engineer, or Field Artillery Military Occupational Specialties. Coach, teach, and mentor small unit leaders at the team, squad, platoon, and company levels of combat arms organizations based on demonstrated experience and military training. Complete the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) to obtain Army certification. Maintain a minimum Secret level security clearance. Requires high school/GED with over 14 years of relevant experience or an Associate's Degree with over 12 years of relevant experience. Salary ranges from $75K to $110K commensurate with education and experience.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance
- Certification by the Army by attending/completing the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC)
- High School/GED and greater than 14 years of relevant experience
- Associates Degree and greater than 12 years of relevant experience
- Security clearance at least at the secret level
