Job Summary
Design and execute comprehensive test plans while translating high-fidelity designs directly into production-ready frontend code using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind. Build intuitive, cloud-based applications from interface to API, creating wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to simplify complex technical workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain design system consistency, document UI component libraries, and ensure pixel-perfect deployment of secure, scalable software. This full-time W2 position requires US citizenship and an active Secret security clearance. Located in Tampa, FL, the role demands 5+ years of full-stack experience with React, Node.js, and Python, along with deep expertise in asynchronous programming and unit testing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum of 2 years of User Interface (UI)/User Experience (UX) experience
- Experience with the following software languages: Angular, JavaScript, React, HTML, or CSS
- 5+ years of experience developing production-grade software in a professional, agile environment
- 5+ years of full-stack experience with React on the frontend, paired with Node.js (JavaScript/TypeScript) and/or Python on the backend
- 5+ years of experience designing, building, securing, and consuming robust RESTful APIs and microservices
- Deep understanding of asynchronous programming paradigms (Promises, Async/Await, and Event-Driven architectures)
- 5+ years of experience writing comprehensive unit and integration tests for both server-side and client-side applications (e.g., Jest, Mocha, PyTest)
- Hands-on experience with modern Git workflows and DevOps automation approaches in GitHub or GitLab

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the architecture and implementation of medium-to-large distributed computing environments
- Experience/knowledge of software and system optimization, helping to remove potential performance bottlenecks
- Experience with maintaining full stack applications with modern technologies, intuitive user-interfaces and scalable data processing architectures using open source software
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent technical degree; or in lieu of degree, 3 years of equivalent industry
