Job Summary
Own end-to-end delivery of features and services from design through production operation. Design scalable, reliable distributed systems and drive key technical decisions while debugging and resolving production issues to improve reliability and performance. Raise code quality and design standards through thorough reviews and mentor junior engineers to contribute to a strong engineering culture. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and other teams to ship reliable software at scale. This high-ownership role requires 6–8 years of experience in distributed systems and cloud engineering (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for a Senior Software Engineer based in Bangalore, India.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years of software engineering experience
- Proven ownership: end-to-end delivery, production debugging, and mentoring more junior engineers
- Strong distributed systems and cloud engineering skills (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Solid code quality, testing, and design practices
- A track record with measurable scale, reliability improvements, and architecture participation
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and clear communication

Desired Qualifications
