Job Summary
Geospatial Software Engineer to develop Trimble Business Center and related GIS/CAD software. Lead or contribute to design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of high-impact software in a modern Agile environment. Collaborate with distributed international teams to deliver solutions for surveying, GIS, BIM, and CAD professionals. Key duties include building cutting-edge geospatial software using C# .NET, integrating components with global hardware/software centers of expertise, and supporting end-to-end software development from concept through delivery. Bonus points for experience in optical surveying, GNSS, GIS, civil engineering, 3D scanning, or photogrammetry, and a strong mathematical background. The role emphasizes teamwork, distributed collaboration, proactive ownership, and delivering value across worldwide professional communities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s STEM degree or equivalent professional software development experience
- Demonstrated experience as a mid or senior developer in a C# .NET environment
