Design, develop, and maintain scalable systems, services, and applications supporting global educational and mock trading platforms. Collaborate with trading, quant, and AI/ML teams to build integrations with live and simulated trading systems, develop targeted training platforms, and contribute to production environments. Architect efficient data structures and algorithms for performance-critical applications while supporting and improving global infrastructure. Shape system architecture and strategic technology decisions independently, driving projects from concept to deployment. Requires 6+ years of experience in C#, Java, or Python with expertise in distributed systems and algorithms. Required Qualifications
- Strong programming and system design skills in an object-oriented language (C#, Java, or similar)
- 6+ years of experience

- A proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of complex technical challenges while maintaining flexibility for rapidly changing priorities
