Job Summary
Software Engineer Level 3 leads and contributes to development of complex software systems across the full software lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, testing, and deployment. Responsibilities include developing, enhancing, and maintaining software, debugging defects, writing and reviewing documentation, designing complex features and database interfaces, creating data queries, and coordinating with hardware engineers and other teams. Must have experience with C, C++, C#, Java, or Python; Windows/UNIX scripting; DevOps tools (Artifactory, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, Packer); CI/CD with Jenkins or Bamboo; and a Bachelor’s degree with substantial relevant experience (or equivalent High School diploma + extensive experience). Navy/Intelligence community clearance TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph is required. Demonstrates leadership as a technical lead for multiple development teams and coordinates requirements, installation, and process improvements throughout the software lifecycle.
