Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer/Developer with PHP, Perl, Python or Ruby expertise will contribute to the next generation of HR software for SMBs. Responsibilities include backend development of RESTful APIs and the main website, researching technologies, implementing performance optimizations and scaling strategies, integrating projects into the application, and contributing to system/process improvements. Required experience includes 5+ years in web development with PHP, HTML/XML/JavaScript/CSS, strong OOP, MySQL design/query language, and experience with Mercurial or Git. Preferred qualifications include additional C/C++ experience, strong communication with UI/JS teams, collaborative and service-minded attitude, demonstrated technical leadership, and the ability to work effectively with others. Required Qualifications
