Job Summary
Embed with product and engineering teams to build custom automations, agentic workflows, and AI-augmented tools that remove friction from real workflows. Generalize one-off solutions into reusable internal platforms and templates, then act as a hands-on partner to lower adoption barriers. Design, operate, and harden beta tooling while integrating with the AI vendor ecosystem and existing systems. Build data pipelines to aggregate and normalize tool spend and usage, creating an honest measurement layer that correlates adoption with outcomes. Maintain telemetry and observability by design to ensure reliability and measurable value.
Required Qualifications
- 3.5+ years in a software engineering role
- track record of shipping and owning workstreams independently
- Proficiency in one or more languages (TypeScript, Python, Java, Go, or similar)
- willingness to work across the stack
- Experience building shared frameworks, internal tools, or platforms used by other engineers or teams
- Experience integrating systems via APIs
- building data pipelines or integrations across multiple sources
