Job Summary
Conduct deep work on AI bots that automatically maintain software using static analysis, a custom query language, and machine learning. Ship daily pull requests with incremental progress and commit work in progress via feature flags instead of stand-ups. Research and code to solve your own problems while dogfooding the product to build the ideal developer experience. Cultivate product sense to suggest feature directions without dedicated product managers, maintaining direct contact with users in shared Slack channels. Leverage protected time for focused development within a small team structure.
Required Qualifications
- Execution-driven mindset: you love shipping.
- 2+ years of experience as a software developer or SRE, with experience working on distributed systems.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience building internal engineering tools or developer products is a plus.
