Job Summary
Lead a technical delivery team within Chevron's Downstream IT, overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of IT solutions to ensure security, reliability, and scalability. Manage resourcing and staffing for technical delivery teams, collaborate with Solution and Enterprise Architects to align designs with target architecture and business requirements, and drive engagement with stakeholders and vendors. Requires strong leadership, hands-on development experience (Net/C#, Python, Node.js, Angular), cloud (Azure), cybersecurity and IT compliance awareness, and a proven track record of delivering scalable, maintainable solutions. The role supports a hybrid work model with remote-from-home several days a week and is based in Makati, Philippines.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical lead or similar role.
- Development experience with .Net C#, Python, Node.JS, Angular; hands-on experience with applications/systems (e.g. ServiceNow, Workday).
- Proficiency with SQL databases, Linux/Unix, Windows server environments.
- Cloud computing experience (Azure).
- Scripting (Ansible, BASH, PowerShell) and data analytics are added advantages.
