Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications supporting AI evaluation and experimentation using TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js. Develop distributed systems, APIs, and human-in-the-loop platforms for frontier AI development while solving challenging scalability and performance problems. Build reliable backend services and infrastructure for large-scale distributed experiments using Kubernetes, Kafka, and cloud platforms. Collaborate closely with research, product, and design teams to rapidly prototype and launch new capabilities, taking ownership of projects from ideation through deployment. Participate in technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews.
Required Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Full-Stack Engineer
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript with experience building production applications
- Experience developing modern web applications using React, Next.js, Node.js, or similar technologies
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building scalable systems
- Comfortable working across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and cloud environments
- Demonstrated ownership of projects from design through production
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Python, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, AWS, or GCP
- Startup experience or experience shipping products in fast-paced environments
- Interest in AI infrastructure, LLMs, distributed systems, or developer platforms
- Experience building internal tools, APIs, or data platforms
- Strong product mindset with a bias toward execution
