Job Summary
Design, build, and test incremental, production-ready software solutions across front-end and back-end stacks with a security-first, scalable approach. Implement AI-DLC patterns to accelerate analysis, coding, refactoring, and test creation, while maintaining human oversight. Automate boilerplate, generate typed API clients, create repeatable test fixtures, and support CI/CD pipelines. Mentor and pair with junior engineers on prompt strategies to promote responsible AI usage. Engage with business leaders and SMEs to understand domain requirements and ensure successful delivery. Requires 7+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline; strong C#, API design (REST/GraphQL), Angular, and cloud-native development (AWS) experience; automated testing focus and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline
- 7+ years of Software Engineering experience
- Strong communication skills
- Design, build, and test incremental, production-ready solutions
- Strong object-oriented skills in C#
- API design (REST and/or GraphQL)
- Angular (or similar)
- Cloud-native development (AWS preferred)
- Familiarity with AWS certifications is a plus
- Quality focus with automated testing (unit/integration/acceptance)
- Collaborate with business leaders and SMEs to understand domain and ensure delivery
- Mentor & pair programming to promote AI-assisted practices
