Software Engineer - Steller

Build and maintain Fireblocks' blockchain management platform as part of the Blockchain Backend Infrastructure team. Implement modern backend applications and infrastructure in a microservices architecture, dive into the latest blockchain technology, and collaborate with foundations and developers to understand protocols and on-chain projects. Serve as a technical bridge between raw on-chain capabilities and wallet features delivered to customers, focusing on external protocol integration patterns and internal wallet infrastructure. Responsibilities include contributing to production reliability through on-call participation and incident response. Qualifications include 5+ years of backend development (Go, Python, JS/TS), 3+ years of blockchain development, experience with high-scale distributed systems, understanding of microservices and API design, knowledge of consensus mechanisms and cryptographic primitives, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred: enterprise blockchain experience, security practices for smart contracts, AI-tool usage in development, MPC/multi-signature concepts, and a Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering.
