Software Engineer (Staff / Sr Staff)

Job Summary
Lead the design, development, testing, delivery and support of software systems across our technical stack to drive end-to-end product development. Build agentic systems to automate and enhance workflows; develop cloud-native infrastructure and distributed systems; architect and optimize data platforms and engineering pipelines; implement ML engineering and MLOps practices; support simulation ecosystems and complex workflow orchestration; contribute to service mesh, application development, and DevSecOps initiatives. Participate in product strategy, architecture, roadmapping, sprint planning, and code reviews; collaborate across engineering, research, and product management; represent the company in external venues and open-source projects.
Required Qualifications
- BS/Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Electrical Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
- Software development experience in Python or Typescript.
- 8 years of relevant work experience.
