Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer – independently design and engineer software products or major enhancements for the US Army Command and Control Support Agency (CCSA) Technical Services Division. May lead a team in design of highly complex software systems, acting as a top technical expert for integrations and multi-platform environments. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents programs, conducts code reviews, and coordinates with Cybersecurity to implement and maintain an SSDLC with RMF/NIST SP 800-63. Requires Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years of experience, expert Azure DevOps/Visual Studio skills, C#, .NET, SQL, JavaScript/jQuery, IAM Level II certification, TS clearance, and ability to travel within the NCR. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline
- Eight (8) years of experience in software design, engineering, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, or problem diagnosis and resolution
- Expert level knowledge in the use of Azure Dev Ops, Visual Studio 2019 or later
- Experience in languages including C#, .Net, SQL, jQuery, Java Script
- Required to be certified Information Assurance Manager (IAM) Level II with Security X (formerly CASP), CISSP, or CISM certifications
- Security Requirement: Top Secret Clearance
- Ability to work independently and lead in design/engineering of software
- Experience with DevSecOps methodologies (Agile, Scrum, MSFT Power Platform)
