Software Engineer Sr (Copilot Integration)

Job Summary
Senior Software Engineer focused on Copilot enablement and offshore delivery across the Manila pod. You’ll assess tenant readiness for Microsoft 365 Copilot across Microsoft 365 Apps, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive, implement access controls and governance guardrails, and execute phased Copilot rollout activities. You’ll build reusable readiness checklists, deployment runbooks, governance documentation, and training materials; act as the offshore extension of US-based architects and project managers; participate in standups, design reviews, readiness assessments, and project ceremonies; provide advanced troubleshooting for Copilot-related issues; and stay current with Copilot capabilities to improve delivery patterns. This role is based in Manila, Philippines, with a hybrid work setup and daily overlap with US time zones.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 2–4 years hands-on experience administering, engineering, or supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, identity, device and app readiness, and core security fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with Copilot-related workloads and foundations (SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business)
- Experience with PowerShell and/or Microsoft Graph for Microsoft 365 administration, readiness validation, reporting, and repeatable enablement automation
- Ability to work in a globally distributed, async-first delivery model and coordinate with onshore teams
