Job Summary
Design and architect complex systems for the next-gen sports trading platform, building order sending infrastructure that trades at scale across multiple exchanges and leagues. Develop high-performance streaming systems, integrate reference and streaming data feeds from various vendors, and create data recording and price evaluation tools. Participate in the full software development life cycle, including building, testing, and production deployment, while delivering interactive presentations to business stakeholders. Requires C# proficiency with Python, Kafka, and Kubernetes experience in an onsite role.
Required Qualifications
- Proven success in server-side software development
- System design experience
- Technical event-driven architecture experience
- Consistent career progression in the development of data focused, high performance streaming systems
- Strong proficiency in C#
- Previous Python experience
- Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies
- MS/BS Degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field
- Equivalent practical experience at the senior level
- Self-motivated
- Detail-oriented
- Able to adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be available for on-site work
