Job Summary
Develop high-quality technical solutions to enable Vista Group’s cinema-software to interoperate with payment platforms, ERP systems, 3rd party promotions, and regional compliance requirements. Design, develop, and implement solutions both independently and in a peer-development setting. Maintain and improve engineering standards, collaborate with analysis, quality, delivery, and support teams, and actively engage with the wider product roadmap. Employed in a hybrid role with regular two-days-per-week in the Cape Town office; suitable for applicants with the right to work in South Africa and no sponsorship required.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience as a Software Engineer
- Strong C# and SQL experience
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
- High standard of engineering excellence
- Well-developed humility, emotional intelligence, and maturity attributes
