Job Summary
Develop and maintain complex software systems, including analytics, large-scale data processing, real-time systems, and business applications. Design, code, test, and debug software to meet documented requirements while analyzing user needs and resolving defects. Contribute to system design decisions involving hardware/software trade-offs and integrate COTS technologies. Develop applications in C, C++, C#, Java, and Python for Windows or UNIX environments, leveraging DevOps and CI/CD tools to build and deploy solutions. Analyze system workflows, identify problem areas, and implement effective solutions while supporting development processes. Requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph; offers competitive salary up to $240,000 and extensive benefits including equity, stock grants, and a $5,250 annual training budget.
Required Qualifications
- Experience developing and maintaining complex software systems across the full development lifecycle
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, and Python
- Experience with Windows and/or UNIX/Linux development environments
- Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Docker, Terraform, Ansible, Packer, Artifactory)
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo)
- Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective software solutions
- Experience debugging, testing, and integrating software components
- Knowledge of database design, queries, and data repositories
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and on a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 7 years of relevant experience, or High School diploma and 11 years of relevant experience
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
