Job Summary
Software Engineer (SDET 1) focused on software quality and security, leading the development of test automation frameworks and scripts for CI/CD, triaging automation pipelines with Selenium and Cypress, and collaborating with development teams and Product Managers to define and implement testing strategies. The role requires a BE/BTech/MCA degree with 1-2 years of QA/testing experience, proficiency in Java or JavaScript/TypeScript, and familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure/GCP) alongside CI/CD tools (Jenkins), Git, JIRA, and Confluence.
Required Qualifications
- BE/BTech/MCA degree
- 1-2 years experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, and TestNG
- Programming experience in Java or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with at least one public cloud technology (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD (Jenkins), Git, JIRA, and Confluence
- Experience with services/API testing and automation
- Agile development and delivery background
