Job Summary
As a Salesforce Software Engineer, you’ll design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools. Build responsive, accessible user interfaces aligned with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS). Develop backend logic, integrations, and APIs using Apex, REST/SOAP services, and platform events. Collaborate with Product Managers, SFDC Architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ensure solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices for security, performance, and scalability. Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality. Support CI/CD pipelines and participate in release management. Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to ongoing system improvements. Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ Years of Software Development Experience
- Experience developing software on the Salesforce platform
- Experience with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD tools
- Understanding of software engineering fundamentals (data structures, APIs, testing)
- Experience in Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce
- Experience in Cursor / Agentforce Vibe Coding
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I / II, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce Specialist)
- Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, or AI-driven features
- Experience with integration platforms (Boomi, ETL tools)
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
