Software Engineer, Salesforce (Integrations)

Job Summary
Develop and maintain Dialpad’s Salesforce integration and other Dialpad integrations; write architectural design and specification documents; develop well-tested features with unit tests and low defect reports; write clean, modular code and participate in code reviews to ensure quality and scalability; assist with emerging Agentic AI technologies and initiatives; work with AI-enabled tools and a tech stack including Apex, Python, Vue.js, Redis, and Google Cloud; collaborate with engineering, product, and business leaders, as well as external stakeholders, to deliver seamless integrations for mutual customers.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer
- Experience with Salesforce
- Apex programming language experience
- Experience with Python
- Experience with Java
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Testing, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication skills
- Collaborative & team player, but also able to work independently & autonomously
- Proficiency with ETL data pipelines
- Experience building integrations
- Agentic AI experience
- Usage of AI coding assistants (Claude, Gemini, etc.) for coding tasks
