Job Summary
Build full-stack product features across frontend applications, backend services, and cloud infrastructure while developing autonomous AI agents that automate insurance workflows end-to-end. Design and implement customer-facing experiences using React, TypeScript, and Go, then partner with Product, Go-to-Market, and Engineering teams to prioritize roadmap initiatives. Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to understand business workflows and deliver impactful solutions, while building scalable APIs and platform infrastructure supporting asynchronous processing and observability. Own product initiatives from concept through production deployment as an early engineer with direct influence over technical architecture and AI capabilities. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
- Experience building and shipping production customer-facing software
- Experience working across frontend, backend, and infrastructure systems
- Experience working at high-growth startups, AI companies, B2B SaaS companies, or FinTech startups
- Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end engineering projects
- Experience solving complex technical problems with minimal guidance
- Strong evidence of career growth, technical excellence, or exceptional achievements
- Strong React, TypeScript, and/or Go engineering skills
- Experience building production full-stack applications
- Experience building AI-powered applications or integrating LLM workflows
- Strong backend API development and distributed systems fundamentals
- Experience building scalable platform infrastructure
- Experience with asynchronous processing, observability, compute infrastructure, or performance optimization
- Strong debugging, testing, and software engineering fundamentals
- Experience building customer-facing SaaS products
- Strong product engineering mindset with full-stack versatility
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and AI workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field required
