Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain features across the application that power reporting and insights capabilities. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to architectural planning. Bring strong Python and Django skills, frontend experience with Vue.js, relational database expertise (MySQL/ORM), RESTful API design, and a practical mindset for on-call production support. Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery and improve product quality.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- Proficiency in Python
- Django framework experience
- Frontend framework experience (Vue.js)
- MySQL or relational databases
- ORM patterns
- RESTful APIs
- Git and collaborative workflows
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation
