Job Summary
Design, build, and operate services and infrastructure for DoorDash's Reliability Platform to enable health analytics, change orchestration, and rapid incident recovery. Contribute across mission-critical back-end services, complex orchestration workflows, self-service UI, and AI-assisted tooling; collaborate with Infrastructure and Product teams to deliver scalable, efficient systems. Embrace AI-assisted workflows, automate routine toil, and push forward proactive operations with a focus on reliability, observability, and platform engineering principles.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an infrastructure, platform, or backend engineering role
- Proven experience with Go (or a similar language) and design/delivery of mission-critical services
- Cloud/Infra expertise including AWS primitives, security best practices, containers, and IaC tools like Terraform or Pulumi
- Understanding of SRE concepts such as SLOs, error budgets, and incident response
