Job Summary
Lead development of Next Generation Enterprise solutions for Global eCommerce, driving technical vision and influencing the product roadmap. Architect highly scalable, high-performance web applications while overseeing system planning, deployment, and compliance standards. Supervise cross-functional engineering teams, including offshore associates, and direct root cause analysis for critical production issues. Manage large-scale, complex projects from discovery through high-level design, ensuring business needs are met. Maintain documentation for testing and application improvements while resolving conflicts constructively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems
- 7+ years of experience in eCommerce Software development
- 7+ years of programming experience in architecting highly scalable & performing Web Applications
- 5+ years of experience with Open Source technologies
- 4+ years of developing / architecting high transaction high throughput systems
- 2+ years of experience with integrating 3rd party solutions in existing architecture
- 2+ years of experience in agile ways of working in a distributed geographical model
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor?s degree in computer science or related discipline
