Job Summary
Design, build and maintain AI-enhanced services and user-facing features from idea to production. Collaborate with engineers, product and stakeholders to shape pragmatic, high-impact solutions and define architecture, standards and engineering culture for a new AI-enabled data platform. Own quality across the lifecycle with testing, observability, performance and reliability. Contribute to architecture decisions and help set the technical direction while ensuring alignment with security, quality and health & safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Software Engineering experience with an OOP language (Python, Java, C# etc)
- Experience working with relational databases (Postgres, MySQL)
- Excellent communication skills collaborating with cross-team stakeholders
- Capability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Interest and awareness of current trends and developments in AI tools
