Job Summary
Create new functionalities and redesign existing system aspects through prototyping, reviews, and test-driven, iterative development. Write middle- and back-end code in an organized manner to implement scalable and robust services while developing external and internal APIs. Run unit and performance tests to ensure scalability and reliability, then review and debug code. Develop documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, code comments, and clean code to explain solutions. Determine system specifications, standards, and programming to prepare and install solutions. Requires 1-3 years of software engineering experience, Java server-side web application development, and REST/SOAP API expertise.
