Software Engineer, QA

Job Summary
QA Engineer will perform manual and exploratory testing across features/releases within an agile team; own QA process from requirements to sign-off; write/manage test cases and scripts to ensure coverage; manage defects through lifecycle; collaborate with engineers and product managers to surface risks and create test plans; participate in sprint ceremonies and help ship high-quality software. Nice-to-have experience with Unity Engine or other interactive 3D tools, backend/API testing, and automated testing contributions. Employment located in Vilnius, Lithuania; in-person role.
Required Qualifications
- Good understanding of testing methodologies, test plan organisation, and technical requirements.
- Experience writing and executing manual test cases in line with project scope.
- Strong experience with QA testing on web or mobile applications.
- Experience with defect management and bug tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, manage workloads, and escalate where required.
- Comfortable collaborating across teams and communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
