Job Summary
Software Engineer (Python) in fintech/payments space focused on integrating payment providers and fintech solutions. Responsibilities include working with APIs to integrate PSPs, troubleshooting payment issues, analyzing transaction flows and reconciliation, generating reports and dashboards from payment data, onboarding and evaluating new payment methods and partners, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and Finance teams. Required skills include Python (Flask or Django), REST APIs, JSON, SQL, and strong analytical and cross-team communication abilities. Preferred knowledge includes PCI-DSS/open banking, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), fraud prevention and risk management, and ETL/data pipelines.
Required Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in fintech, payments, or related fields.
- Experience working with REST APIs and JSON data.
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Python(Flask or django)
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work across technical and business teams.
